WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT MY EVENT IN ORDER TO SORT A GAME HIRE BOOKING?

WHAT IF MY OUTDOOR EVENT IS AFFECTED BY THE WEATHER?

When you provide booking details, either over the phone or by email, you will have our help from beginning to end.  We obviously need to know dates and times along with the type of booking (birthday party, anniversary, business exhibition, corporate fun day or a garden party etc).  Additionally we need to know the space available for set up, access ease (steps, narrow path), electronic points if required and whether you want the event to be manned or not.

 

With this information we will apply our knowledge and experience to create an affordable bespoke package that meets your needs and your vision of your event.

That is where you have our expertise regarding every game we own.  With a simple measurement in metres of your indoor or outdoor space, we can plot a set up plan so games can be enjoyed at their full potential. It is so easy to forget that table tennis requires additional space at each end for the players!!

We live in the UK so we all understand the unreliability of the British weather.  We always make contact with you the day or so before your event and one thing we discuss is the weather forecast for the day of your event.  If rain or strong winds will spoil your outdoor fun, then we will work with you to swap games where possible or offer different ones that will work indoors if available. We do ask you, however, to do your part and have a back up plan whether it is a marquee, a local hall booking reservation or the downstairs of your home – space will be needed!

HOW DO I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

We deliver nationwide.  There is a surcharge for delivery outside our 50 mile designated area.  This is added on top of package prices and simply covers the cost of fuel.

​​We always recommend that you book your event in advance to avoid disappointment.  We ask for a 25% deposit and always full payment prior to the event itself.

If you need to cancel your event, we may need to apply cancellation fees, but this does depend on the circumstances. 

If you would like to amend your bespoke package, then you would simply need to contact us to discuss.  We are always happy to oblige where possible.

If one of our games is damaged on a previous event, we may need to discuss a substitution.

HOW CAN I BOOK GAMES FOR HIRE FOR MY EVENT?

We only accept payment by card or bank transfer.  We are unable to accept cash.

We have £5 million full liability insurance and the certificate is available upon request.

We are also happy to work with last minute events.  Life can always throw a curve ball so if you are unfortunately let down by another games supplier, we are always happy to do our best to help if we can.
