EXPERIENCE:

Years of experience with event planning have taught us so much. We are great at what we do. We know the importance of listening to our clients to ensure the event matches their vision of it.  With our years of experience in event management, we love to coordinate with you from start to finish to ensure your games package is exactly what you wanted.  Sometimes we are actually able to exceed your expectations by suggesting a games package that perhaps you had not originally considered, that works even better.

PASSION FOR FUN AND GAMES:

With this business, you have to love what you do. You cannot provide a fun game delivery service if you aren’t passionate about the games you have and always striving to have more and do even better.

COMMUNICATION:

We value the importance of prompt and reliable communication. We always speak to the clients so that a rapport can be built. Open communication is so important so that everybody is happy and feels heard. We offer email and phone, as well as an online contact form. If we are unable to reply instantly, it is because we are likely on an event – we will always call or email back!

LOGISTICS:

Experience of past events and our games have taught us the value of logistics and planning. This is where we can take the stress off our clients, leaving them to focus on other aspects of their forthcoming event. We will ask the questions needed to make sure that every game is suitable, has electric points if needed, is sized appropriately for the venue and will facilitate prompt set up.

DELIVERY:

We always arrive early at every event. This allows us time to add those special touches like bunting and enables us to deal with any hiccups in a professional and calm manner. We also always provide an ETA and once on site, speak to the event organiser to confirm set up requirements.

SET UP:

We make sure every game, no matter the size, looks great and is ready for play. We use bunting to demarcate certain games like Crazy Golf and Soft Archery. We can offer events with or without staff depending on whether manning is required. Often we set up, leave and then return to pack up – it is obviously cheaper and easier if some events opt to provide their own manning. Some games have to have us there for health and safety.

PACK UP:

We often leave a venue looking better or the same as it was when we arrived. We never leave rubbish, even if it is not ours. We are efficient at packing up swiftly as most clients are eager to go home or return to the rest of their event once our hiring period is up. We have also been known, on many occasions, to keep games active for longer than the agreed hire times due to everyone having so much fun. If we are due to stop the games at 5pm to the dismay of some young children (or adults!), we will stay open a bit longer!

BUSINESS FACTS:

We have £5 million Public Liability Insurance as standard.
We can provide risk assessments and method statements upon request.
We can provide DBS checked staff.
We are very knowledgeable on health and safety and follow all relevant protocols.

Crazy Golf Hire has the ability and inventory to cater for a wide range of events including weddings, fetes, festivals, parties, family gatherings, anniversaries, birthdays and corporate team building and fun days.  We have the variety of games and activities to suit indoor and outdoor events, big and small.

A clear and concise booking format and reliable communication with the client by both phone and email, results in well planned events that cater for the needs of each client.  The aim of every event is to ensure the client’s criteria is met and that everyone present enjoys themselves.  This also includes the staff who must have an adaptable and happy demeanour, ready to ensure the success of every event.

EVENT EXPECTATIONS:

Clear communication with the client prior to departure is necessary to ensure that the vehicle is loaded up with the correct equipment and games.  The process of loading needs care to ensure no damage during transit.

Upon arrival, staff will introduce themselves and clarify the location for the games to be set up.  Much of this will be confirmed in communications prior to the event day.  It is helpful for us to have a phone number for a point of contact at the event.

Games and equipment will then be unloaded and set up by friendly staff who work hard as a team to ensure a high quality finish for the client.

For events where manning is required, and paid for, our staff know that they need to show willingness to spread a fun and safe atmosphere that is in keeping with the goal of the event.  Staff need to be able to adapt from working at a school fete which demands safety and smiles for children to a corporate event which needs a professional and friendly attitude that builds on competition and fun.

STAFF EXPECTATIONS:

Our staff have a happy personality complimented with a calmness to deal with any hiccups that can and do happen!  They understand the management chain so that they know who to speak to if there are client upsets or problems on the ground.

GENERAL SET UP AND EVENT REQUIREMENTS:

Any problems, broken equipment, damage during an event or safety breaches must be reported to management or the office immediately.  The same applies if anything is noticed upon collection and packing up at the end of an event.
